  3. What do you make of Jesus feeling forsaken by God the Father?
  4. What sorts of bold requests do you find in Psalm 22? Have you ever made any of those same sorts of requests of God?
  5. Why is “yet” such a critical word in this psalm?
  6. Which of the nine prayers of bold request do you most need in your life today? Why?
  7. What is the significance of Psalm 23 following Psalm 22 in this hymnbook?
