  1. What part(s) of Susanna Wesley’s story challenge you? In what way(s) can you relate to her life?
  2. Why do you think Paul invested in Timothy’s life? What qualities might he have had that made him a good missionary assistant?
  3. What or who do you think of when you hear the word “sincere”? How is that person or thing “sincere”?
  4. Who are the people in your life who have impacted you? Who has poured into your faith and how have they done that?
  5. What would you like to say to those who have helped you follow Jesus well? Is there anything keeping you from saying it directly to them?
  6. Who are you pouring your life into and helping their faith grow? If no one, who is someone. you might be able to do that with?

Revelation 22:1-5 May 5, 2024 • Mount Pleasant UMC It had only been four days since the Winter Olympics in Beijing had ended. Four whole days of basking in the unity and the camaraderie that the Olympics are known for. The world comes together for these games to compete in a wide variety of sports and demonstrate that we can get along, at least for a couple of weeks. World leaders usually attend, too, and one of the prominent attendees in Beijing was Russian president Vladimir Putin. All eyes were on Putin because his army had been establishing itself along the border with Ukraine. And four days after the Olympics were over, that army moved.
