  3. When have you experienced someone acting as if God can’t see or hear them? What happened?
  4. When you hear the word “discipline,” what images or feelings come to mind? Have you ever considered discipline to be a blessing? Why or why not?
  5. What is the point of God’s Law, according to the psalmist? How is Jesus the “embodiment” of God’s law?

  7. In what way does the practice of Holy Communion help you or those you know face the darkness of the world?

Four whole days of basking in the unity and the camaraderie that the Olympics are known for. The world comes together for these games to compete in a wide variety of sports and demonstrate that we can get along, at least for a couple of weeks.
