Questions for discussion
  1. What is your favorite food? What is your favorite kind of bread?
  2. How have you been impacted—physically, emotionally and spiritually—by this quarantine?
  3. When you pray, “Give us this day our daily bread,” what are you asking for? How does the word “daily” impact your faith?
  4. In what way(s) do you “take Jesus in” on a daily basis?
  5. When you think of “enjoying God,” what does that mean? How do you experience that?
  6. In what way will a common meal remind you of Jesus in days to come?
  7. Catherine of Siena says God is table, food and waiter. Talk about those images and what they communicate about our creator.

Four whole days of basking in the unity and the camaraderie that the Olympics are known for. The world comes together for these games to compete in a wide variety of sports and demonstrate that we can get along, at least for a couple of weeks.
