Questions to Discuss or Ponder:

  1. How do you express yourself in your most honest prayers?
  2. When have you lost something precious? What chaos resulted? How did “peace” come to the situation?
  3. In what way(s) does prayer bring peace?
  4. What does it mean to be “double minded”?
  5. What practices or disciplines do you need to put in place in your life to “not be deceived”?
  6. How does your life demonstrate a desire to please Christ?
  7. Which characteristics of being “wholehearted” are most lacking in your life? How can you increase those things in your life?
  8. Presence + prayer + perspective = peace. How do you respond to this statement?
