Questions to Discuss or Ponder:
  1. Have you ever been in a play? What is it like to portray someone else?
  2. What do you recall of Paul’s story? Retell Paul’s story in your own words. What helped him transform from persecutor to preacher?
  3. How do we experience the power of Jesus’ resurrection in our everyday lives?
  4. Why do we do everything we can to avoid suffering? What should be our posture and attitude toward suffering, according to Paul? Why?
  5. What is the relationship between love, suffering and prayer?
  6. What does the “resurrection of the dead” mean to you? What hope does that doctrine hold for you?
  7. What place does Jesus hold in your life right now?
