Questions to Discuss or Ponder:
- Have you ever been in a play? What is it like to portray someone else?
- What do you recall of Paul’s story? Retell Paul’s story in your own words. What helped him transform from persecutor to preacher?
- How do we experience the power of Jesus’ resurrection in our everyday lives?
- Why do we do everything we can to avoid suffering? What should be our posture and attitude toward suffering, according to Paul? Why?
- What is the relationship between love, suffering and prayer?
- What does the “resurrection of the dead” mean to you? What hope does that doctrine hold for you?
- What place does Jesus hold in your life right now?
