Questions to Discuss or Ponder:
- Have you experienced a family rift? How serious was it? What happened?
- When have you experienced “turmoil” or doubts in your soul? What did that do to your relationship with God or with others?
- Why do we tend toward legalistic practices in our faith rather than trusting grace? How would you define the difference between a faith based in law and one based in grace?
- Recall a time you were granted special or unexpected access. What happened? How did that make you feel?
- What does it mean that we can “glory in our sufferings”?
- Has your heart been strangely warmed? Share about that experience. If not, do you want that experience?
- How have you experienced all of life as a gift?
