Questions to Discuss or Ponder:

  1. What are your memories of your mother? How have those memories influenced who you are?
  2. What does it mean that faith expresses itself in love? How have you seen that lived out?
  3. Why is our first temptation to run when we fail? Where do you try to run to?
  4. What are the dangers of vulnerability? Why is it so scary?
  5. Is there someone in your life you are willing to admit those things that embarrass or shame you? Is there a place you can be vulnerable?
  6. In what way are courage & humility the keys to vulnerability?
  7. What is one step you can take this week to become vulnerable and to build community around you? When will you do that?
